1 Year of High Level Throwing®: 54 MPH to 68 MPH Athlete Spotlight

Alex increased her velocity from 54 mph to 68 mph in one year.

Ten months of program work, then two clinics a month apart.

First she joined our remote training, and that is her BEFORE video.

She worked really hard on the throwing program we gave her for 10 months and came to a High Level Throwing® clinic throwing 62 mph. But she didn’t want to stop there this summer. She then came to another High Level Throwing® clinic a month later and threw 68 mph! 🔥🔥

14 MPH in 12 Months

The 60 MPH Club: a strong, powerful throw that means you rotate and sequence the body well.

Alex improved her throw by 14 mph in 1 year by being dedicated to the High Level Throwing® program. She went from not very recruitable, from a throwing standpoint, to being on par with D1 college athletes.

The best decision ever made was to seek out our expertise, and now we can’t wait to see where she ends up.

Velocity Is a Result, Not the Starting Point

Milestones like these follow the movement work, they do not replace it.

Jumps like this one do not come from chasing a radar number. They come from changing how the athlete moves, then letting the velocity follow.

That is the whole premise of the program Alex followed: build the sequence, develop the lower body and rotation, understand the arm pathway, and give the throw somewhere to come from.
